Ideally, know the following information before the interview:
What are the core responsibilities and objectives of the position;
What is the role in the organization, who is directly under the superior, and what is the superior responsible for;
How long has this position been recruited email list and what is the target rank?
What roles are currently in the team, and what is the relationship between this position and existing employees.
I know it's very hard to come up with this information, but try it out. At least figure out the first question, which is responsibilities and goals.
The most basic JD is to analyze, you don't need to study every sentence, just find the key words in it. Because many JDs copied each other, some copied other positions in their own company, some copied competing products, and even forgot to change the product name of the competing product.
The keywords are similar: core user operations, hot spot insights, membership system, large-scale offline activities, and so on. Combined with other descriptions, you probably know what this position does.
When HR informs you for an interview, by the way, ask who the interviewer is, what is his name, and what he is responsible for.
Few companies will tell you all, some may only tell you what the interviewer is responsible for, and others will keep it secret. But if you don't ask, you don't know anything.
Of course, sometimes the HR who informs you of the interview doesn't tell you, maybe he doesn't know it himself. Many companies' HRs do not call for interviews themselves. They are usually handed over to interns or outsourced. They have very little understanding of the company's structure.
