Be inspired by thriving International Youth Directors of the largest Global Youth Movements, who have influenced millions of youth across the Globe. Reignite the fire within you as these main Speakers pave the path for you to experience a powerful move in your ministries and lives.

The main purpose of The NYLE is to help all you passionate Leaders to think bigger, break barriers, go beyond and serve greater; The experience aims to establish a strong community with the Southern Asian Region, where all you leaders within the Region are interconnected to each other. This enhances cross-cultural exposure and sharing of different ideas among each other.

NYLE further opens an opportunity for all you passionate Youth Pastors and Leaders in Sri Lanka be a part of a wider vision. The experience allows you to be mentored in order to broaden your journey in serving the Lord. The exposure from NYLE aims for Successors to emerge through the whole experience, who will hold key positions not only in Sri Lanka but goes beyond to Nations across the globe.

I felt that it was a very refreshing experience for me. Even though we are constantly being discipled and trained in leadership, once in a way it's good to have people outside your sphere of direct influence share their experience, perspective and encourage you in your ministry.

Even though some things may have already been learnt in the past, I think the constant reminders keep us focused as well. The speakers were really on fire🔥 and I really believe they were hearing from God as they shared what He had placed on their heart, the atmosphere was great and I think all those who worked behind the scenes also did it with the aim that people would really gain & grow and didn't just do it for the sake of running another programme.

Also, the flow was great, especially how things progressed from Day 1 to Day 3; starting from the fundamentals building into the dream and vision.
